Future Gilgal Ecopark

Service Description

The Ecopark will be the main business activity, intended to be the one that contributes the most income and cash flow to Unidos por Cristo. The Ecopark will have several attractions such as the use of a swimming pool, soccer field, sand volleyball court, restaurant, snack bar, visits to the vegetable garden and purchase of garden produce, visits to the ornamental plant nursery and purchase of ornamental plants, and the use of the barbecue areas and restaurants for birthday celebrations and parties in general. We propose that the use of the Ecopark facilities would be managed through a single admission fee per person for the day, which would entitle visitors to use all its amenities, such as the soccer and volleyball fields, swimming pool, park, snack bar and restaurant, and visits to the vegetable garden and the ornamental plant nursery. The competitive advantage of the Ecopark product lies in its ecological park concept, with attractions and facilities designed to suit the local climate and constructed using innovative, eco-friendly techniques and materials. There is no similar product within a 10 km radius of the Unidos por Cristo Foundation. The Ecopark's construction is planned in three stages: 1) construction of a parking lot, reception area, restaurant, and event hall for 80 people; 2) construction of a bar/canteen, sports courts, changing rooms, and a swimming pool; 3) construction of four family cabins, each with a barbecue area. These stages are scheduled for construction in 2024, 2025, and 2026, respectively.
